Terms of Use
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Shovrim (שוברים ת'ראש) app and website. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who we are
Shovrim is an app of Hebrew word and thinking games, operated by Swipe Digital, Israel. Contact: Rackingbrainsapp@gmail.com
2. Who can use the service
- The service is intended for people aged 13 and over.
- Anyone under 18 needs permission from a parent or guardian, including for purchases.
- Use is personal and non-commercial.
3. Account and nickname
- You can play without signing up, under a temporary name created automatically.
- If you sign up, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens in your account.
- Your nickname appears in the league table and is visible to everyone. Do not choose a name that is offensive, misleading, or impersonates someone else. We may change or remove such a name.
4. Fair play
You may not:
- Use bots, scripts or any automated tool to gain points.
- Exploit bugs to gain points or coins. Found a bug? We would love to hear about it.
- Open multiple accounts to influence the league.
- Bypass security measures, systematically copy the content, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Disrupt the service or other players.
If these terms are broken, we may correct or reset a score, remove a player from the league, and suspend or close an account.
5. Score, league and the daily round
Your score, league position and daily round results are part of the game only. They have no monetary value and do not entitle you to a prize, unless we have explicitly said otherwise. We may change the scoring system, the league structure and the games themselves.
6. Coins and purchases
- Coins are a virtual item. They are used only inside the app (for example for hints and extra time). They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another player or sold.
- Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, under the store's terms and the payment method you set up there. Payment details never reach us. For now nothing can be bought with money, and coins are earned only by playing.
- Prices are shown in the in-app shop before you buy, and include VAT where it applies.
- Cancellations and refunds are handled by the store where you made the purchase, under its policy. Cancellation rights under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, apply subject to the exceptions in the law, including the exception for digital content that has been supplied.
- Unused coins are deleted when the account is deleted and cannot be restored.
- We may change prices and what coins can buy. A change will not affect a purchase already made.
7. Intellectual property
All rights in the app and the website belong to Swipe Digital or its licensors. This includes the name, the logo, the design, the code, the puzzles and the text. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service under these terms.
You may share results and screenshots for personal use. You may not copy the puzzles or the content for commercial use without written permission.
8. Privacy
Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We try to keep the service running without interruption, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may update, change or discontinue parts of the service. If we discontinue the whole service, we will give notice in the app beforehand.
10. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Swipe Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of data or loss of score arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your rights as a consumer.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that broke these terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law in your country of residence.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page will change, and for a material change we will give notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after an update means you agree to the updated terms.
